Queen of Apostles Spring Car Raffle

Each year Queen of Apostles holds the annual Car Raffle in support of our school. The Parish and School rely on the proceeds of this event to provide the learning environment and materials necessary to make us as successful as possible in achieving our mission of developing a solid foundation for spiritual, academic and social growth. Your support in the past has made a tremendous impact on the lives and future of our children and our Parish Community. We thank you for your past participation and hope you will continue to help create strong leaders for our Community and Parish by giving us your support again this year.

1. Tickets available for purchase before and after all Masses in the Queen of Apostles Church gathering space or at the school office (449 W. Wisconsin Ave)
2. Pick up a packet of tickets in the gathering space after mass and take home to fill out at your leisure or share with friends. Please return your payment along with any unused tickets to Queen of Apostles.
3. Fill out the order form on the reverse side and return with your check to:

Return Information:  Purchased tickets and payments, ticket order forms or unused tickets can be:
